Challenge: Learners who use many tabs in Google Chrome and may be unaware of how to create tab groups which can help them with organizing their browser. 

Solution: Create a course in Storyline 360 to help learners understand the process of creating tab groups in Google Chrome on a computer. I provided a demonstration video on the step-by-step process of creating one then learners go through a simulation to try it on their own. I also provided learners with ideas on how to label their tab groups, how to add tab groups in multiple ways, and close tab groups.
